Parkour

Parkour (Free-running)

 

Our Parkour classes are non-competitive but require physical discipline! Participants run while negotiating obstacles efficiently using only their bodies. Parkour classes include indoor and outdoor training and are offered for ages 8 to adult. 


All first time participants under 12 are required to take the 60 minutes Intro Parkour Class ($10 each class or Punch cards are sold for $50 for classes). If you would like to try to test out of the Intro class, let an instructor know at the beginning of any class! We will be able to provide testing as needed.

 

Intermediate/Advanced classes are 90 minutes($15) and Punch Cards are available for $65 for 5 classes.
